As a dreamer, creator, and women’s wellness advocate, I’m on a mission to redefine what health and fitness can look like. After years of struggling with food and exercise, I discovered that movement is a gift—and now I help women of all ages embrace it as a source of empowerment, not restriction. With my background in nutrition and fitness, I’ve set out to build spaces where women feel truly supported.

Now, I’m taking that mission on the road. Follow along with the mobile wellness hub that blends van life, travel, connection, and community—showcasing that health can happen anywhere.
