As a dreamer, creator, and women’s wellness advocate, I’m on a mission to redefine what health and fitness can look like. After years of struggling with food and exercise, I discovered that movement is a gift—and now I help women of all ages embrace it as a source of empowerment, not restriction. With my background in nutrition and fitness, I’ve set out to build spaces where women feel truly supported.
