The Wellness Way was born from my desire to combine what I love most: travel, movement, and meaningful connection. I wanted to create something beyond a traditional gym or coaching program — a brand that moves with me and connects with you, wherever we are.
Through mobile and pop-up training, virtual nutrition coaching, and community events, I bring wellness to homes, workplaces, and new cities as I travel. My mission is to make health feel approachable, flexible, and empowering — no matter your lifestyle or location.

Both! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and certified personal trainer, so I bring together exercise and nutrition to support the whole person. You can work with me 1:1 virtually, or invite me to lead group presentations for your workplace, community, or online event.
For those with chronic conditions such as diabetes, PCOS, heart disease, or chronic kidney disease, I also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), which may be covered by insurance. Click HERE for more information and to schedule your appointment.
